Gain Strength, Mobility, and Endurance

Does your child want to gain strength, mobility, endurance and overall fitness? Improve their athletic performance? Gain confidence?

We’re excited to announce a new bootcamp-style fitness program for middle- and high-schoolers!

These 45-minute classes will result in physical strength and conditioning, but also in greater confidence and emotional growth, as students try new things and discover that they are stronger than they think.

The Coaches

This new program will be led by Kate Maloney and Mary Kok. Each has more than 12 years of experience in youth physical education. Kate is a Physical Education teacher and the Strength and Conditioning coach for Stoughton High School, and has worked with student athletes in sports as diverse as wrestling, football, and track and field. Mary was the Physical Education teacher and health coach for West High School for 12 years, and has recently joined our team as a full time trainer.
