What 18 lbs of Fat Looks Like

In my quest to help transform as many lives as possible, being nice just doesn’t always work.  For some it doesn’t create enough pain to push them over the edge to make a positive change in their life.  I can’t tell you how many people tell me they don’t have time to do my programs, don’t have the money, don’t have the energy, and on and on and on.  One question my coach asked me when I was making excuses in an area in my life was, “Dustin, if you had to do “X” in order for your girl friend to not die would you do it?”  Well of course I said yes.  When there is enough of a reason to do something excuses get blown out of the window.

I wanted to share this with you for a couple reasons.

1.  For those who have lost substantial amounts of fat on my program they can appreciate what it looks like and just how much they have accomplished.

2.  For those who keep making excuses why they can’t get in shape and who believe carrying extra fat is “OK” and “not a big deal.”  It is a big deal, and will most likely kill you sooner, and make everything you do when you are alive much tougher with the extra work load it takes to carry it.
