About 2 weeks ago I hosted my second annual fitness cruise in the Bahamas. There were 24 of us and we had a great time together! Each workout started between 6:30 AM and 8 AM depending on the day. We would do about a 45 minute workout then go and get breakfast together.
There were so many highlights including seeing Atlantis in Nassau, jet skiing at CocoCay, watching an amazing comedian/magician, great food, rock climbing, South Beach, and being with such wonderful people. We had temps in the upper 70s and low 80s each day with plenty of sun. I hope that next year you will be able to join me! My goal is to have at least 50 come next year. I am currently in the process of putting together next years trip which will most likely take place late February to early March.
I put together a short video clip of a little working out, I did a poor job of getting much footage, but hey I was on vacation and didn’t want to spend too much time filming.
Also the ship deck was wet because they had just cleaned it, not because it had rained. 🙂
