In addition, we have an extensive library of pre-recorded workouts, nutrition coaching videos, mindset coaching videos, meditations, yoga videos and other resources. Finally, we continue to provide individual support and accountability, a workout plan, and habit coaching via a custom training app, which is free for all current clients.
