September is a busy month here at the TC! The week of September 9th, we roll out several new programs including: Youth Cross Training, MoveAbility semi-private group training, and our TC Fall Challenge. We’ll also be starting a new session of Next Level Strength Training, adding two new time slots to our Fit Over 50 small group program, ten new time slots to Sweat Fit, and adding a second gentle yoga session on Sunday mornings. At the end of the month, we’ll be launching the next session of Killer Kurves! Click on the links for more information on any of these programs!
