They are why Jade reached out to us when she had to make the heart-wrenching decision to close Empower Fitness/Fit Body Bootcamp. She asked us to provide a new health and fitness home for you and the community that you’ve been part of.

Our motto is Come As You Are. We meet you where you are and help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a sustainable way. We offer support, encouragement, accountability, fun workouts and an amazing community.

What you will never find here: crash diets, restrictive eating plans, judgement, shame, or a focus on the scale.

What To Expect

Fun, Fast, Efficient Workouts

  • 45 minute trainer-led workouts from some of the best in the business–many of our trainers have been with us for 8-12 years
  • UPDATE–Two Empower trainers, Vanessa and Andy, are joining our team at the TC to lead new classes at 5:15 am and 4:30 pm, so you can continue to work with trainers that you know and love!!!! 
  • Focus on whole-body strength and conditioning, with some interval-style cardio
  • Fun, creative workouts that are different every day–you will never get bored!
  • Access to dance aerobics and gentle yoga

Lifestyle Change

  • Whole-foods based meal plans available to all clients
  • Do-at-home workouts for when you are on the road
  • Regular grocery-store tours and workshops on everything from injury prevention to joint health to mindset shifts

Supportive Community

  • Private Facebook group where our members encourage each other and celebrate successes
  • Opportunity to join other members for outside events, like CrazyLegs, a triathlon, or even a Tough Mudder
  • Most importantly, work out in a judgement-free zone

Our Sweat Fit program is very similar to what you have experienced at Empower Fitness/Fit Body.  Our sessions are 45 minutes rather than 30.

Our long-term commitment rate for our Sweat Fit program is just $149/4 weeks for unlimited sessions with your trainer, nutritional consulting, food journal analysis, grocery store tours, and tons more.

But we want to earn your trust over the next month, so we are doing something special. 

We want to extend our long-term discounted rate to you, while requiring only a one-month commitment.

Change is Hard

Our team at the Transformation Center will do everything we can to make this transition as smooth as possible.

First workout at the TC last night. I was challenged and motivated. I am used to gyms where no-one makes eye contact with you (awkward), this is why I always chose group exercise.
