It is something I talk about very much, and there is a big reason for that. Case in point the story I am going to share with you today. Lynette, had been coming for 4 years to our bootcamps (consistently) but gained and lost the same 30 lbs.
She was battling her husband at home when it came to the food and overall healthy lifestyle. Things had to change our their marriage was in jeopardy. She talked her husband into joining Killer Kurves together and you might say the rest is history.

This blog post was done awhile ago. They have both graduated and are now K2 alumni and integrated into our Transformation Center and have lost a combined total of over 130 lbs. Even more exciting is their kids have become fitter, leaner, and more active and have taken an active role in the preparation of food, and routinely come with their parents to our workouts at the Transformation Center. Even if you don’t have the support at home like Lynette had, surrounding yourself with a group of like-minded people is an awesome way to start.
