I don’t want to leave you hanging with just the test. Here is a video giving you some specific exercises, and stretches you can do to improve your balance, coordination, and flexibility.
The other day I announced that the Transformation Center is now launching Fit and Fabulous over 55. This is a private small group training program designed to make you feel 10-20 years younger and have more energy, balance, strength, and flexibility.
