If you have a significant amount of weight to lose and have tried unsuccessfully in the past, I want to give you my #1 tip to be successful and lose and keep the weight off this next time around. Surround yourself with people who have already lost significant amount of weight and kept it off and/or join people who are going through a weight loss program together that has proven success rates.
