Prancercise To a Better Body

First off, I think this workout is strange, creepy, and I love it.  Now I don’t believe this is going to be the workout that is going to get our country out of the obesity epidemic, but if it does catch on it will be even more awesome to people watch.  I do really applaud Johanna for owning her workout style.

Have you tried Prancercising?  If so please let me know below.  Do you like John Mayer?  Why not have the best of both worlds!

This last video clip from the Today Show does have one great piece of advice. When asked if this will burn a lot of calories she said “don’t worry about that, just have fun.” I agree don’t focus on how many calories you burn, that shouldn’t be the main purpose of exercise, it should be fun, challenging, rewarding, and give you the natural endorphin high.
