One of my favorite things to do when I travel is to meet Fit Mom For Lifers from around the country who faithfully follow the Fit Moms For Life DVD program and live a lifestyle that radically transforms their body, relationships, and attitude. On a recent trip out to NYC, Erin took the 80 minute train from Long Island to have breakfast with me.
The two things that struck me the most that you will see in the video is her dedication and no excuse attitude and her desire to push her body to limits that she might not even have thought she could get to.
I was especially impressed that she would do 30 lb squat to shoulder presses with dumbbells in each hand on her own. Many moms don’t even think that they can lift 12 lb dbs, let alone 30’s. 🙂
