14 Ways For Moms To Pamper Themself

By May 12, 2012 No Comments
I hope you are having a good weekend.
I just got back from my second trip in two weeks to NYC
and Connecticut.  This week I had the honor of being invited
to be part of a group of 60 health and wellness experts who
the leaders believe are changing the world in massive ways.
This group collectively helps over 10,000,000 people each
week.  Pretty amazing.
I also got to meet one of my health and wellness heroes, Dr.
Daniel Amen.  We had a great chat and he is excited with
everything that is going on with the Fit Moms For Life Community.
On the eve of Mother’s Day, (Happy MD mom!) I wanted to
give you a list of ideas of ways you can pamper yourself and
take care of your body, mind, and spirit.
Before I do, I want to let you know that I have extended my
giveaway of my Fit Moms For Life book until midnight of
Mother’s Day, since I was gone and didn’t remind you that it
was ending.
So all you need to do to get a copy of my book is to purchase,
my best selling Got Core DVDs and then email the receipt to
my assistant at renee@dustinmaherfitness.com
37 of you have already made this great investment this week
and I look forward to many more taking advantage of it TODAY.
14 Ways To Pamper Yourself

4.  Get a mani and a pedi
5.  Bubble bath with candles
6.  Read your favorite fiction book
7.  Write a letter to a loved one
8.  Call a friend you haven’t talked to in awhile
9.  Go for a workout

11. Drink some hot tea nice and slow and turn on some soft music

Whatever you decide to do, realize that you are worth it, you
are beautiful and YOU DESERVE it.  Don’t feel guilty to pamper
yourself or get pampered by someone else.
