14 Ways For Moms To Pamper Themself

By May 12, 2012 No Comments
I hope you are having a good weekend.
I just got back from my second trip in two weeks to NYC
and Connecticut.  This week I had the honor of being invited
to be part of a group of 60 health and wellness experts who
the leaders believe are changing the world in massive ways.
This group collectively helps over 10,000,000 people each
week.  Pretty amazing.
I also got to meet one of my health and wellness heroes, Dr.
Daniel Amen.  We had a great chat and he is excited with
everything that is going on with the Fit Moms For Life Community.
On the eve of Mother’s Day, (Happy MD mom!) I wanted to
give you a list of ideas of ways you can pamper yourself and
take care of your body, mind, and spirit.
Before I do, I want to let you know that I have extended my
giveaway of my Fit Moms For Life book until midnight of
Mother’s Day, since I was gone and didn’t remind you that it
was ending.
So all you need to do to get a copy of my book is to purchase,
my best selling Got Core DVDs and then email the receipt to
my assistant at renee@dustinmaherfitness.com
37 of you have already made this great investment this week
and I look forward to many more taking advantage of it TODAY.
