In order to make sure that you keep your resolutions you need to figure out what your big why is.  Why is it important for you to lose weight, or get healthy?  If you say it is to look good in your daughter’s wedding, I can promise you that any weight you lose, you will put right back on after the wedding.  You need to find the deeper meaning, the deeper reason you want to be healthy.
