One of the common questions I get asked is recommendations for the endless amount of new gadgets that are coming out into the market that promise extreme body transformations. What is good and what isn’t?

As you can see there are some things that are definitely worth it. If something only does one or two things, it is a good sign that it isn’t worth the money. I like to find “toys” that have a lot of variety to them. Not only for the effectiveness of the workouts, but also to eliminate boredom during the workouts.
