Today my friend Jen asked if she could make a video specifically for those of you who read my blog. I know that Jen is very intense and we share similar training philosophies, so I said yes. Now this isn’t a workout for beginners, but even beginners can modify the workout and still do it. Try this total body workout at home for yourself. Maybe even get a few friends to do it with you.
