I thought I would shoot this short video to show you that I am just like anyone else, and at times eat whatever I want. I want to debunk the myth that is seems some people have that I eat perfect all the time. This is certainly not the case.

People who strive for perfection in their diets, are usually the ones who will later binge. It is very difficult for someone to eat well all the time. This is especially the case when someone has gone from poor eating to a healthy eating lifestyle. In fact, cheat meals have been shown scientifically to help regulate metabolism, because if you go low calories everyday you body will begin to slow down and conserve, adding a spike in calories once in awhile can keep your body guessing. Also cheat meals help you mentally eat well for the rest of the week, because you know that there isn’t anything that you can’t have.
My favorite cheat meals are nachos, or pizza!
I should have had a followup video as I ate the wings, but I think I ended up eating 24. At least they were spicy and bumped my metabolism up a little 🙂
The only thing you need to be aware of is that this shouldn’t be something you do more than 1-2 times per week. Otherwise it becomes a habit and you will do it more and more. Cheat weekends just don’t work. Sorry. For me eating all you can eat wings is something I do very rarely, maybe 3-4 times per year. I just want to caution you not to use the cheat days as a crutch to pig out whenever you would like.
