Do you sometimes feel guilty for watching TV? I know sometimes I do. One way to help feel less guilty about watching your favorite guilty please TV show is to workout, either during the show, or on the commercial breaks. Another way is to just stay moving and active when you are doing chores around the house. This shouldn’t be the only exercise you do, but can definitely burn a few extra calories throughout the day and keep your mind alert.
