I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend, got your decorations up and avoided the leftover pun’kin pie!
I chose STRESS as my topic for this entry because that is where I am at right now, stressed. I woke up yesterday with tight shoulders and a headache because I was thinking of all the things I needed to do. This is a busy time for me, not in the traditional way-I will not be going to any parties and I think I might have threatened my husband with bodily harm when he mentioned hosting a party at our house.
This marks the halfway point in our homeschool year so I am busy calculating grades and scheduling catch up assignments so we can move on to semester number 2 after our holiday break. This also happens to be the end of a term for me and I have 3 very lengthy final papers to write. It would be easy, so very easy for me to skip my workouts during this time and pick up again after the holiday. I almost decided to do that, but then I logged on to Dustin’s site and typed in “Stress” in the search box, this is what I got . I was re-inspired as I read through these stories. I may be busy right now, but the time it is taking me to type this post is roughly the same amount of time it would take me complete a Core or Cardio workout-it’s really all about choices and the determination to strive to be the best you can be at any given moment.
