Positive Affirmations

A technique I use for people who are struggling to get over the hump and change some of their negative behaviors, is positive affirmations.  Positive affirmations are sayings that you declare over yourself and over your life in the present tense.  The more you say them and the more you feel them, the more your life will change.  This is because your words will produce action in your life, and that action is what ultimately leads to results.

I challenge you to write out 5 positive affirmations and say them at least 3 times each day.

One of mine that I say is: “everyday and everyway I am getting stronger and stronger!”
