Today I want to share with you some great home exercises that are designed to get the heart rate up very quickly with no equipment or in our case, a watermelon! Anne helps demonstrate the exercises. She is a great example at a 38 year old mom with two small kids, who still looks very young and has lots of energy and spring to her step. She was one of the 13 moms that I hand selected to be part of my Fit Moms For Life DVD Series.
I can’t tell you how many times I have heard “My treadmill broke, so I can’t do cardio,” or “I don’t have a treadmill at home, so I can’t get a good cardio workout in.” I wonder how many of these people truly believe they can’t get a good workout in, or if they are just saying that to make themselves feel better. I would guess the latter of the two!
