This week’s exercise is a challenging upper body exercise called “the alligator.” There are so many workouts you can do by just mimicking different animals. In Fit Fun Bootcamps and MamaTone, we do exercises such as gorillas, bear, and crab walks. With practice you will be able to do the alligator nice and low and go for a considerable distance.
John and I may have been a little over-dramatic at the end of the video, but I was in serious pain and fatigue! Try it out, if you have kids, let them watch the video and try it also!
